Finca Milan is located in the village of El Hogar in the municipality of Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, and is owned by third-generation coffee producer Julio Cesar Madrid. Owned by the Madrid family for over 40 years, the 50-hectare farm combines tradition and innovation, producing specialty coffees using advanced fermentation methods such as Natural, Washed, Honey, and Culturing to create distinctive, high-quality cup profiles.



Culturing Process: Coffee is fermented using a starter culture of yeasts and bacteria combined with locally sourced fruits and ingredients such as Passiflora (Passion fruit, Gulupa, Curuba), and panela from sugar cane. This controlled mixed fermentation enhances microbial activity, developing complex flavours and a distinctive specialty coffee profile
