These espresso shots are pulled straight into an airtight sachet with minimal contact with oxygen.
The minimal oxidation makes these shots hold incredibly well and they taste sweeter than shots that have been exposed to oxygen.
It was an incredible discovery when we split shots into these sachets the first time, it didn't even taste like the same coffee, never mind the same shot !

They hold well inside or outside the fridge , they can even be frozen. 

They are perfect for when you need expertly crafted espresso shots and you dont have an espresso machine, you can use them for traveling , or even as pre workout shots.
