Espresso shots singles

These espresso shots are pulled straight into an airtight sachet with minimal contact with oxygen.
The lack of of extreme oxidation makes these shots hold incredibly well and they taste sweeter than shots that have been exposed to oxygen.
It was an incredible discovery when we split shots into these sachets the first time, it didn't even taste like the same coffee, never mind the same shot !

They hold well inside or outside the fridge , they can even be frozen.
